This music is Microtonal music which is using Zimbabwe's Mbira tunning instead of 12 equal temperament. I think Hypnotyzing is interesting when mind is occupied with 5 senses, something has to take that away to feel the real state of mind. Without meeting this state of mind, I think it is the waste of life. Life without purpose means because of having purpose or goal in life all the time, we do not stop and look around what is around us. We do not really life here but always looking for somewhere else. We should stop lushing to somewhere because it is an illusion.
