Overview of the 15min performance
'A concert combining the lush warmth of strings with the icicle energy of live electronic featuring the sound of wave.
'Wave' interprets music as interplay of form and experience, an artistic quest for a new reading of sound. It's an experimentation of sound texture of the analogue signals and strings giving the experience of being on the beach. It uses extended techniques to create patterns on matters to organize sound in visual and audible way questioning the relationship between sound, motion, site specific location and colors. The collective aims for intuitive experience of a multi- sensory moments for both audiences and performers.'

The 15min performance is separated into 3 parts
1. String Quartet (A.B.C.)
2. String Quartet and UFO project (A.B.C.)
3. UFO project (A.B.C.)
There are some change I would like to propose
For 1.A, we were planning for F# string improv. but I would like to change it to the song you are going to play at the end of 3.C. Perhaps play the beginning of the song at 1.A and play the end part at 3.C.
It would be great if the song has a C# in the key signature. (I asked Kai to tune his string to C# instead of C because C sounded boring).
It would be best if you could choose a song that you don't have to spend time to practice much as it is this weekend...
But I will upload one sample of Quartet sheet (String Quartet No.15, Op.132 Beethoven)

2.B 6:30-8:30 Running notes
It was pressing bow on the string technique at the practice but I would like to change the order.
In the practice, running notes are harmonic technique on the higher notes, but I think it is better to play normal running notes in conventional way such as following. (with p and f)

2.C 8:30-10:00 Pressing bow on the string technique
