このところ黒沢明監督のことばかり考えている。寝ても夢の中で映画の夢を見る。あの白黒の世界へ訪ねて行く。 あの世界は戦後のようで、インドやバングラデッシュの何もない田舎の生活みたいで、地震のあった東北の沿岸沿いにも似ている。とにかく何もなくて、どんなものでも作るのは自由だという雰囲気がする場所に思える。 それから大正時代の文学作品にも似ている。

黒沢明監督の赤ひげを見た。赤ひげは俳優三船敏郎 新米の医者は加山雄三。７人の侍から三船敏郎は随分年をとっていて、ということは黒沢明監督も年を取っているはずだ。 黒澤明監督の映画には同じ人が登場するが、その人達は監督を始めた頃に会った人達がおおく、しかもその人達は監督と同世代だったのではないだろうか。 やはり人は同世代の人達と生きて、みんなで年をとって行くのではないか。

It is a good book to read everyday. Maybe a sentense in the train and think about it for the journey. It is really important what we think everyday. I should not read crap news to pass my time. I would slowly get in to the line and it would over take me. Every moment is a choice and with the habit, I can make favourable choice more often. 
Some funny bengali and hindi film about mafia who is an ordinary man バスを待っている時に、UFOみたいな光を見た。飛行機くらい高いところで飛行機とは違う動きをしていた。漸く長年の夢がかなったかと思った。でも光り方がLEDライトと同じように緑、赤、青を繰り返していたからどうも違ったのかもしれない。最近はとても高くまで飛ぶリモコンのおもちゃがあるらしい。 
I shot the video today after one and half month gap. Is it always frustrating because I cannot get the angle I want at the right place and time. I cannot see the camera and I cannot explain and perform at the same time.. I don't enjoy the shoot half of the time, it makes the lunch collup 
It has been a year since I last been to India. Indian footages are still the best. It is inspirational and wakes me up. It's where forgoten treasure of modern society lies.
So I uploaded a video using materials from a year ago. it is not so good. It could be much better... 
シンガポールで今週の日曜日にビパソナ瞑想が半日だけある。１時から７時まで。去年の９月の終わりにこのビパソナ瞑想コースに１０日間行って、その時は素晴らしいと思った。毎日やって心の平安を保とうと思った。でもその後だんだん瞑想する時間が短くなって、旅行などに行っている内に全くやらなくなってしまった。
もう一回これをやっている人と会って、自分の価値観を変えたいと思った。
