ふるふるというのを多分食べた。
クレープみたいな炭水化物で甘くないものがものすごく大量に来た。
多分インジェラという炭水化物が大量にトマト味のソースにつけてあり、それをソースがすいてない同じ素材のもので巻いて、それの上にとても硬いパンが２つ乗っていた。

美味しくないわけじゃなかった。マレー料理見たいな甘さがあるよりは美味しいと思う。

フルフル
～フルフルゥゥ～インジェラは4日分ほど作り置きするので最後には硬くなっている。それを使って料理した物がフルフル。日本でも硬くなったご飯をお粥にして食べるでしょ。
でもお粥は薄味をつけてそのまま食べる物で、フルフルはもの凄く辛く味付けてインジェラの上にかけて食べる。お粥をご飯の上にかけて食べるような物。恐るべしエチオピア料理！
種類は、たいていバレバレ味で、タマネギが入っている程度。まあ朝食用にはこれでOKだが、コワンタフルフルと言って干し肉入りのもある。

フルフルの作り方
①半分のインジェラをちぎって一晩乾燥させる。
②タマネギ1をみじん切りにし100ccの水で煮、大さじ2の油に塩小さじ1とバレベレ大さじ1を入れ、乾燥インジェラを加える。
③インジェラがやわらかくなるまでかき混ぜながら暖める。→できあがり。
（カイワットやドローワットが残ったら、乾燥していないインジェラをちぎって混ぜてもよし）

インジェラの作り方

醗酵させる
《1日目》
製粉したテフ1リットルに水4リットルを加える。エチオピアの家庭ではすでに醗酵させ焼く前の状態のテフ＋水を少しとっておき、イースト菌の代わりに入れる。(無ければイースト菌を入れる)
室温によるが涼しいエチオピアでは4日ねかせ醗酵させる。
《4日目》
醗酵した物にお湯1リットルを注ぎかき混ぜる。
焼く
1.丸い鉄板を熱し、うすく油をしく。
2.醗酵した物をクレープ状に鉄板の上に流し入れる。
3.ふたをして待つ。インジェラの表面にブツブツの気泡ができているのを確認。
4.サーヘトと呼ばれるわらで編んだ丸い板状の上に手早くインジェラを移す。

People are very open to the zentai art. Israeli audience were generally very open and curious both adults and children. They like to have fun and engage in the performance. They were playful and happy to dance with the performer, asked many questions and approached in their curiosity. I found Israeli audience are very simple and easy to approach

There were 38 performers in zentai walked on the Bat Yam International Street Art Festival platform for more than 1 hour. There were many interactions with the public audiences and also amongst each other. There was some performance art element as well as a lot of body movements like dancing with audience or performing copula movement.

The zentai performers amuse audiences and they were very reactive and engaging to the performances. Children are the most curious audience; they approached in curiosity and asked questions, danced with performer and engaged in the art.

There were a lot of picture taken by the public and also by the local medias.

Israeli artist- He was inspired by the idea of non-identity that zentai brings. He will have his next project in zentai. His next project idea is about explaining the other people’s art work in his own understanding in zentai in order to give freedom of understanding and non-identity of the art works.

Israeli resident (Yemen descendant)- She joined this project in order to express her concern about the racism in Israel. Africans are discriminated in the Israeli society and she wanted to express this concern in the gentle way instead of hash protesting. She wanted to wear zentai and show that people can be colourful upon their personality and not by the look. Zentai covers the skin of the parson and nutorizes the ethnicity yet it creates colourful celebration to the community. The zentai celebrates the differences of the people instead of anger and conflict from the differences.

Israeli teacher- She finds zentai a very promising art form to various expressions that could be possible by hiding the identity. It projects and questions the Israeli society at same time, it questions the bigger question ‘Who we are’ as an individual. Zentai helps to discover our self deeply by being able to be aware of us and it leads to the outer expression and communication to the public.

エチオピアへ行ってきた！
インターネットにはYellow Feverの摂取がいると書いてあったけどいらなかった。
日本のパスポートはアディスアベバの空港でビザが１ヶ月と３ヶ月が取れるけどmulti entryは頼んでも取れなくて、single entryだけ取れた。１ヶ月はUS50ドルで２ヶ月は多分US70ドル。
トランジットはお金いらなくて次のチケット見せるだけでイミグレーションでスタンプ貰た。

Zentai

I am writing about Indian concert review which is my passion. I also write about zentai and other things but without occasional good indian concerts, I would have no air to breath. My wish is to be friend with Indian concert organiser in Singapore who can send me emails on occasions of every Indian concerts. I like both Hindustani and Carnatic, instrumental and vocal. I don't like fusion of Indian and some other things because they are normally not pushing the energy high but instead composing something 'different' in style. What I want is a level of consciousness.
