This is the gift of free form dance as meditation.                                       金色のゼンタイは生地が分厚いですね。生地でゼンタイを着たときの体のラインが違うんですね。この黄色のゼンタイは持ってるなかで一番体にぴったりとしています。日本製の高級品です。着るのに時間がかかるけど、ぴったりした着心地です。 一番暑いところで着て暑くなく直ぐ着れるのはこの黄緑の様な中国製のものです。中国製のはみんなほとんど同じサイズで沢山の色を持っていますが、なんで黄緑色が特にいいのでしょう。 ３番目のピンク色のはバンコクで作ってもらったもので、自分のサイズなのでフィット感があります。やっぱりピンク色は着ていて一番自分らしく居られる色です。違和感がありません。 ４番目のピンク色は初めて自分で買ったゼンタイです。新宿のドンキで安くセールで買いました。ぼろぼろになるくらい着倒しました。汚れたりするのを気にしたくないときは今でもこれを着ます。 
I have been trying to make video for zentai 82 for exhibition but it has been a struggle. I'll have 5 screens to show the zentai 82. I have one video, zentai 82, and I need to make 4 more videos to fit to the idea. So far, it has no good out come. I meditate, but it is not coming. I excersize and it is not working. ..

Source:The map of consciousness This Turiya Nada's music supposed to have high score on Hawkin's scale. I don't know the acculacy in this method but I have been listening to his music for many years. I loop the album and let it play for days or months. I feel the difference when I leave the music on and leave the house. The vibration of the house is cleaner and calm. There are two other albums that I put repeat and use it to clean the house. This idea has started when I went to Arunachaleswara temple , India. They had mantra machine repeating the mantra whole day. I found it very effective that the sound was constant reminder of the prayer. It might be waste of electricity but I believe the vibration of house changes by constant sound playing along with the smell of incense and daily house cleaning. I don't know the relationship between apeture and shutter speed well. the apeture seemed same when I took close up with 28-75mm lens. When it is too close, I cannot focus everything? And also I went to see the lighting package for shooting objects. There were two tongson lights and one white tent that softens the light. The shop keeper told me that 100 ISO gives most clear details. And I can meter the light by pressing bottom half way to balance out the speed and aperture .. I did not know all these basic technique. For 3 years I was on half auto mode.. I tried some Canon lenses today. micro lens 100mm/2.8f and 50mm/1.3f I am using tamlon lens. The canon has the beautiful glass that makes the object soft and beautiful. I have been trying not to think about lens after buying this full flame camera because it is about money.I don't want money to suggest me a better quality but.. I am surprised to know that red has so much energy both for anger and love. When I wear red color zentai, it makes me more active. I do more things than purple colour, for example. Wearing Yellow zentai makes me more happy and gold for solitude, green for creativity and blue zentai makes me feel like I need to do more things in short time. My favourite is pink and I think it is because the pink zentai and my colour of aura matches. So I feel my character is enhanced. Pink makes me feel sexy too. Which colour is your favourite? 
If different colour zentai effects in different way, I would like to know which colour heals flue. Maybe it has got to do with my colour of aura? I should try the golden suits.. I have sore throat. 
I went to jogging today and it started to rain hard. I ran in the rain and now I am not feeling well.
But I took some video. It was hot to wear zentai. I did gold zentai shoot today for awhile. This material is thicker than normal colours. It doesn't deliver the sound and sight very much anymore. It shuts me down from out side world. When I started to shoot, I think about other people looking at me but as the time went, I went inside the world where it was distant from the outside. It was very quiet and calm feeling. It was only for a hour or two but the feeling of taking distance from the outside world continued until now. I don't get overwhelmed by the stress of everyday living much. At least it reduced to half. This suits brought me a quiet surrender to myself. 
      When I'm horny, it makes me angry because both drive comes from same place in me.Both also gives me orgasms. Both have no patience and is hard to control.
Being horny is my way to protest to the world. You see the 4 photos of truck above. Those were shot in Bagyo, Phillipine. Not much meaning if this truck were in Japan. I shot those on auto focus mode to focus the camera lens in order to shoot video. My video mode has no auto focus function. So meaning less photo shots and meaning less anger and horny.
