Hindu says we are living in the Maya. Maya means illusions.
We are living in the illusions because the 5 senses takes away our real eyes, the ability to see the truth.
Because of what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste, we think those inputs are the results of the reality.
But the reality lies on the lightly different dimensions.  It cannot be touched or felt but it is between every electrons in the cell to keep the electron together.  Those energies are between everything .

なんか今日はちょっと寝られなさそう。
日本の飲み会は歓送迎会で一人一人スピーチをしないといけない。
言う事無いし、緊張するし、後からつまらない事言った事を後悔するし、今日は遅くまで寝られないだろう。

I am reading this book.
It is talking about talking to the spirits and the guides though the medium, the level of UFOs on the earth, reincarnation, there is no coincidence..
I agree with her in many levels especially when she is reading all kinds of spiritual books and having friends and the situation to it, she still find it hard to control when it comes to the one she love.

Many times, we read books and meditate well and doing pilgrimages yet, when we encounter a personal affair, we tend to lose self. losing not for a hour or two when meeting with that parson but sometime it really takes us away from all these sometime for decades until when we lose the love.

I have the back and force journey between the spiritual world and the greedy world of needs.

In this book, Shirley starts her journey from the problems she is having with her love.  The love triggers her to lead her journey which she was ready to take in.

She is in the generation with Ram Das and other hippie gurus.

講和

私たちの本能もまた同じ。きれいな女性を見ると男性はつい心を動かされて、この動かされているうち、美しいなあと思っているうちはよいけれども、その先まで考えてしまう。そうするとどのようになるか。

私たちはこういう心のあり方を五官を通して見たものに影響されて、こうもしよう、ああもしようということが行為になってくることを知るべきです。
皆さま自身の心が、いつも丸い大きい心であるということはそれがそのまま悟りを意味し、インドの時代にはこのような問題に対してくじゅうめつどう苦集滅道ということを説きました。

受
(じゅ) 　心身が発達し、ものごとを識別できるようになると、自然に、好き・嫌い・憂い・悲しみ・苦しみなどのような、さまざまの感情が起こるようになります。これを『受』といいます。心に起こる最初の感情を、『受』というのです。【受容して生じた苦・楽・非苦・非楽をいう】

(あい)

　このような感情が起こるようになると、当然のこととして、ものごとに対して『愛着』が起きてきます。これは、好きなものに心がとらわれることです。この段階では、まだ無邪気な心の動きの状態をいい、自分が楽しく感じる物に執着を感じている状態を云います。【渇愛】
 
取
(しゅ)

　愛着を感じると、どこまでも追い求めていこうという欲望が生まれます。愛着・執着の気持ちが強くなると、得たものは離すまいという気持ちが起こります。反対に、嫌なものを遠ざけたい、逃げたいというような、自分本位な心の働きが起きてくる状態を、取というのです。【執着】
 
有
(う)

　取が生じると、人の感情はそれぞれで、物事に対する考え方や判断が違ってくるようになり、それぞれが、自分の立場でものごとを主張をするようになります。つまり、『他人と自分を差別や区別』をする意識を持つようになります。そうした差別や区別する心の状態を有といいます。こうした意識の状態が芽生え始めて、意識に幸・不幸を感じるようになり、他人との不調和が人と人との対立を生み、争いが起こり、苦楽を意識するようになります。これらは、差別や区別する心であり、有が引き起こすものとされています。【生存すること、憂・悲・苦・悩をいう】

『取(しゅ)』があると、人間はそれぞれの考えや主張がでてきます。それが10.『有(う)』です。有とは、自己中心の心がもたらす差別・区別の心です。好きなものには親しんで、気に入らないものや嫌いなものは排除(はいじょ)するのが、人間世界の姿です。 　こうした差別心は、人間に対立や争いを起こします。争いや対立は苦しみを伴います。このように苦しむ人生を11.『生(しょう)』と云います。

　そして目先のできごとで喜んだり、悲しんだり、苦しんだりして生きているうちに、12.『老死(ろうし)』を迎えるということになります。

I went to business meeting today.  The meeting was set up to enhance the networks of business circle.

I spend 13 minutes to wear the stockings and 13 minutes to stuff the ball.

I tried to wear stockings over the zentai today.
It was hot and dusty.
Bengoli man who manages the warehouse was looking.  For his job, he is not suppose to allow us to film it but I think he was entertained by it for awhile.
