There is a strong cave that Ramana Maharishi meditated. This is like a air plaine to the spiritual world

It is so hard to find the time!!! How any hours sleep is minimum requirement to the healthy life?! I can take one hour sleep in the lunch time instead of having lunch. I went to his concert recently. It was like Pakistani rock star concert. So shinny, so gramourous. However Rafat has a technique equivalent to his father Nuslat fate ali khan. He has the aura of the bigger brother in the family to lead the destiny of the family and the music of Pakistan. I would like to go back again if he comes back. I went for zentai shoot again yesterday. I tried to suspend myself from the tree. When I lift whole body to the rope, it was very painful. I left marks on my chest. It looks like it will stay for one week. 
I met Raja today at the temple. He said he is going to join the fire walk on 20th October. From today he is going to eat once a day, vegetarian food to prepare for the walk. 
This zentai is a special lycra. It is almost like rubber. it doesn't allow me to breath though. I have to have a little hole in the face
I went to the dance class today. First time in my life I joined a dance class.
It was called silk dance which is a part of aero dance that uses thick fabric to dance on the air. I would like to master the line of the body shape with this dance and apply to the kinbaku dance, if there is such dance. I am also hoping to have sensor that produces sound when I dance on it. |
