I read that to be calm, the deep breath helps to activate the diaphragm where if it is hard, that causes depression and nervousness. There is prana yoga, breathing yoga in India. I used to think that this yoga only makes me think I am in trance due to the lack of Oxygen. But doing this everyday might really change my breathing habit and it will affect my behaviour. I am vegetarian because I think the food is important but oxygen is something to not to be miss out at any moment.
